Australian Domestic shipping
TheAnnex.com.au delivers Australia wide with AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS. Delivery Time is between 1-4 days depending on location. We charge a flat rate of $10.50 for any purchase. Most orders are NEXT DAY deliveries. The only reason why it wouldnt be next day delivery is if there is a hold up with payment.
Spend over $300 and get free delivery (Australia wide only)
We recommended sending to the place where you are most likely to be i.e work address. If you are not there to receive the parcel it may be taken to the Post office to be collected.

If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you within 48 hours.
Note* Orders Paid by Bank Deposit will not be posted until the payment has cleared. This can take from 1 to 3 working days depending on your banking institution.
International Shipping (outside of Australia)
TheAnnex.com.au ships to any country outside Australia within 3-10 working days. We ship via fully insured Registered Air mail, at a flat rate where ever you live:
NEW ZEALAND Flat Rate $20
UNITED STATES $39 ( Including $9 security fee applies to all shipments into the U.S)
ANY OTHER COUNTRY Flat Rate of $30 AUD
If you require express international shipping, please contact us and we can arrange for you. For us to process your international order, you must read and accept the following agreement:
- You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry.
- Furthermore, TheAnnex.com.au is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left Australia.
- Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by TheAnnex.com.au.
- When the returned merchandise is received by TheAnnex.com.au, you card account will be credited for the merchandise only.
