Heading by well-known chef Ian Oakes Drake offers a menu ‘Driven by a focus on produce that is seasonal, sustainable and locally sourced wherever possible’. The atmosphere is relaxed and well presented, bringing a light and organic vibe.

Described as Modern Australian seasonal style dishes open throughout the day Drake is perfect for a quick snack of oysters or a cheese platter and a coffee, or a  three-course group dinner. Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner menu’s you are sure to find something satisfying at any time of the day.  The small starters such as chicken liver parfait are well presented and super tasty, followed by more robust main course options like Gooralie pork belly and chargrilled Kobe wagyu and next levels deserts such as strawberries and rhubarb.
